This user is knowledgeable about Shivering Isles. ABOUT ME I started playing Elder Scrolls games in about the fall of 2007 when my brother introduced it me. I used started using USEP about a few weeks later to guide me through a lot of quests. Beating most of the game (most quests are complete, including expansions.
