This IP address has been blocked from editing UESPWiki for repeatedly vandalizing the site, despite being warned to stop. In addition, abusive language, such as that used in the edit summary on Oblivion:Infamy, is never acceptable. Multiple IP addresses have been used by this editor: 64.12.116.5, 64.12.116.15, 64.12.117.12, and 64.12.117.13, and have all been blocked. Okay, what the hell? I've never edited anything on this website... I've asked a few questions on discussion pages but I don't believe that counts as editing. I use this website like 5 times a month MAX, if I keep getting blamed for things I didn't do then I'll get my information else-where.

You will note that the date on that block message is from 2007 - very nearly three years ago. Clearly, somebody using this IP address vandalised the site in the past and you have been given the same address now.
