Note: This is a list of proposed dates for entries on the Lore:People alphabetical pages which currently lack this information. My approach is to keep things as brief as possible to avoid cluttering up the headers. More detailed info/explanations can go in the info boxes on the individual pages, or in the body of the article. Approximate birthdates (the ones beginning with a tilde: ~) are mostly derived from characters' in-game visual appearance, or clues in lore such as close relatives with known dates. I've also included a few oddities I noticed with some of the entries.
Further note: As this page was getting rather long, the list will be continued here.
A[edit]
Chief-Crier Adara'hai (fl 2E 582) or (fl 2E 6th Century)
Ada'Soom Dir-Kamal (2E b?-2E 572) - his death date is given on his individual page, but not currently on the list page.
Aegilief (3E b?-3E 393)
Aer, the Conjurer Magnificent (fl 1E 2150) or (fl late 1E)
King Aeradan Camoran (fl 2E 489-582)
Aerin (fl late 3E) or (fl 3E 427)
Agnar the Unwavering (3E b? - 3E 433)
Agnorith (fl late 2E) or (fl 2E 9th Century) or (~2E 830 - ?d)
Ahbiilok - possibly we should count dragons as timeless beings (like Daedra) and therefore omit dates entirely.
Ahzidal (fl late Merethic Era)
Prince Aiden Direnni (fl 1E 480-82) or (fl 1E 5th Century)
Ainethach (fl 4E 201) or (~4E 150 - ?d)
Alandro Sul (fl 1E 7th Century)
Countess Alessia Caro (fl 3E 432-3) or (fl 3E 5th Century) or (~3E 410 - 4E ?d)
Alfe Fyr (fl 3E 427-4E 201)
Alfhedil Elf-Hewer (fl 3E 427)
Doctor Alfidia Lupus (fl 2E 418-431) - her link is currently redundant as it goes right back to the alphabetical list.
High King Alldimar the Ghostmaker (fl late 1E or early 2E)
Lady Allena Benoch (fl 3E 396)
Archmage Almion Celmo (fl before 3E 427) - do we really know enough about this person to justify their own page? It's mainly concerned with the Ice Blade of the Monarch (and mostly repeats information from that page).
Proxy Queen Alwinarwe (fl 2E 582) or (~2E 540 - ?d) - this is a very approximate birthdate based on the fact that she looks about the same age as Ayrenn but is said to be older.
Amaund Motierre (fl 4E 201) or (~4E 160 - ?d)
High King Amdashir (fl before 2E 582) - very vague
Emperor Ami-El (fl 1E 358-72) or (fl early 1E)
Anahbi (fl before 2E 582) - another vague one.
Captain Anatolius Caudex (fl 2E 580-82)
Queen Anequina Sharp-Tongue (fl Merethic Era)
Count Andel Indarys (fl 3E 413-33)
Andorak Septim (fl 3E 247-57) - Andorak's and Cephorus II's lore pages disagree over whether Cephorus' reign began in 247 or 248.
Anidio J. Jhone, Royal Archaeologist (fl 3E)
Emperor Antiochus Septim - his header lists his birthdate as unknown, the text of his entry lists it as 3E 51, with a note that's only readable on his individual page. This is confusing, but I'm not sure what the solution is.
King Anumaril (fl early 1E)
King Aphren Gardner (fl early-mid 1E)
High King Ar-Azal (fl mid 2E) - the dating on his page is a bit of a mess. It initially gives his date as early 2E, but it also calls him 'the last to rule king when the province was incorporated in the Second Empire', which is pretty awkward phrasing. It sounds like it means 'when the province became part of the Second Empire' ie late 1E, but judging from his wife Arlimahera's entry (see below) it actually means 'just before the Interregnum'. Since we have a definite date for Arlimahera I've gone with that.
Saint Aralor the Penitent (fl before 3E 427) - so vague as to be pretty much useless.
Arana (fl 2E 582) or (fl 2E 6th Century) or (~2E 550 - ?d)
Aranias (fl 2E 582)
Lady Arannelya (fl 4E 171-75) or (fl 4E171-80) - the latter if we assume she did indeed continue as general in Hammerfell after the White-Gold Concordat.
Arden-Sul (fl before 3E 433) - again, uselessly vague.
Arkan, Scribe of Daggerfall (fl 2E 1st Century) or (fl 2E 24)
Arlimahera, Blood Queen of Hegathe (fl 2E 412) or (fl 2E 5th Century) - but see note on her husband Ar-Azal (above).
Arniel Gane (fl 4E 201) or (~4E 145 - ?d)
Arngeir (fl 4E 161-201)
Countess Arriana Valga (fl 3E 433) or (fl 3E 5th Century) or (~3E 380 - 4E ?d)
Prince Arthago (~3E 382 - 3E 400)
Harbinger Askar (fl 4E 2nd Century) - technically an assumption, but the alternative is that Kodlak had already been a Companion for 80+ years before becoming Harbinger.
Asliel Direnni - most likely Merethic Era, but I can't find any hard evidence.
Prince A'tor (~2E 825 - 2E 864) - another one whose death date is currently only listed on his individual page. I'm making an educated guess he's a few years older than Cyrus.
Attrebus (warlord) (fl mid 2E)
Lord Auberon Flyte (fl 3E 403)
Augur of Dunlain - trying to work out when he actually lived is kind of meaningless since he continued to be active long after his death.
Avalian (fl before 2E 582) - ooh, another vague one.
Vateshran Aydolan (fl before 1E 2502)
Azra Nightwielder - impossible to determine accurately.
B[edit]
Balagog gro-Nolob (fl 4E 201)
Jarl Balgruuf the Greater (fl 4E 201)
Saint Balyna (fl before 3E 427)
Barilzar (2E ?b - 3E 427) - although this includes time spent as a lich (ie technically after his death).
Vateshran Barth (fl 2E 582)
Bashomon (fl 3E 282 - 284)
King Bazrag gro-Fharun (fl 2E 582)
Beela-Kaar (fl Merethic Era)
Druid Belaigh (~1E 2235 - ?d)
King Bendu Olo (fl 1E 2241 - 2290)
Jarl Bjarfrud Skjoralmor (fl before 2E 582) - another one whose link points to the same place.
Bjora (fl 2E 577 - 582)
Chief Bolazgar (2E ?b - ~2E 564)
Warden Boldech (fl 2E 582)
Chief Bradan (fl 2E 582)
Lord Bridwell (fl 3E 402 - 417)
Lady Brisienna Magnessen (fl 3E 401 - 417)

Chief-of-Chiefs Cannear (fl 2E 578 - 582)

Calantius of Skingrad (fl before 2E 582)
Calcelmo of Markarth (fl 4E 201)
Caliron (fl before 3E 389)
Callisos (fl before 4E 201) - or (fl before 2E 582) if the Flame of Callisos appears in ESO Bard's College (I don't have the relevant DLC and it's not mentioned on either the ESO or Skyrim BC pages).
Prince Camarril (fl before 2E 9th Century) or (fl before 3E)
King Camoron Anaxemes (fl 2E 830)
Consul Cardea (fl 2E 568 - 582)
Chief Carinar (fl before 1E 2502)

Count Carolus Aquilarios (2E 550 - ?d) - birthdate comes from UOL.
King Casimir II (fl early 2E)
Cassyr Whitley (fl late 1E) or (fl 1E 2920)
Catchica (fl late 1E) or (fl 1E 2920) - should her entry mention that she may be fictional (as with Cassyr Whitley above)?
Cavor Merula (fl 2E 432)
Loremaster Celarus (fl 2E 582 - 3E 400) - assuming the Daggerfall books which mention him as current leader are recent.
King Celemaril Light-Bringer (fl early 1E) - his rule must predate Alessia's rebellion.
Guardian Celonron (fl Dawn Era) or (fl Merethic Era) - I can't find a source for when the Green Pact began but these are the most likely options.
King Cenedelin (fl late Merethic Era)
Emperor Cephorus II (3E ?b - 3E 268)
Cherim (fl 3E 394 - ~427) - assuming his career of 'nigh on thirty years' indicates he took up tapestry-making after serving in the Five Years' War.
Chevalier Renald (fl late 1E - late 2E) - but he should be listed under 'R' as Chevalier is a title not a name.
Chimere Graegyn (fl 3E 172 - 398)
Cicero (fl 4E 186 - 201)
Harbinger Cirroc the Lofty (fl 1E)
Clarentavious Vasilious (fl 3E 398)
