Isran is a Redguard Legendary Warrior and unique NPC that can be obtained through the Emperor's Pass when your Dynasty reaches level 100.

He is equipped with a Dawnguard War Axe and a Dawnguard Armor.

Official Description

The founder of the revived Dawnguard, Isran is said to be a fair and coolheaded leader. He has sworn to protect Skyrim from vampires. He is good friends with Gunmar the blacksmith.
