Alduin is Thane Unnvald Ironhand's pet wolf. He's found in the manor at Fullhelm Fort, and he never leaves the Thane's side.

Approaching Thunder

Alduin will remain by Thane Unnvald's throne throughout the entire quest.

The Thunder Breaks

Depending on your choice you choose, Alduin will be in various positions.

If you choose to pursue Thorulf, Unnvald will commit suicide and Alduin can be seen nudging the Thane's corpse and occasionally howling.

If you choose to stop Unnvald's suicide attempt, Alduin will be found sitting next to Hallfrida nearby, happy that his master is still alive.
