Deliberation: While you are casting or channeling a Psijic Order ability you reduce your damage taken by 30%.

Deliberation reduces the damage you take while casting or channeling any Psijic Order active or ultimate ability. This can mitigate the long casting and channeling times many of these abilities have. ^{[verification needed — Does it work on Meditate?]}

Notes

• Prior to Update 31, this passive gave the Major Protection buff but was changed to give a unique damage reduction buff when Major Protections damage reduction was reduced.

4.3.5

• Fixed an issue where the Major Protection granted from this passive was unintendedly stronger than other sources of Major Protection.

7.1.5

• This passive no longer grants Major Protection, and instead applies a unique 30% unique damage mitigation to get this passive's power back to where it was meant to be.
