Dominion Menders are healers associated with the Aldmeri Dominion. They are part of the forces invading Shadowfen under the command of alchemist Ruuvitar.
They can also be found at Salas En, where they are found near containers containing Lost Tools, and will later emerge from the rift in the Portal Chamber when you working with Lady Laurent to close it. They have ambient dialogue and can be overheard talking about their invasion plans and complaining about the weather.

Skills & Abilities[edit]
- Minor Wound
- A basic ranged attack that does minor magical damage.
- Focused Healing
- The enemy will heal any allies that are hurt, including itself. Enemies often indicate this by calling out for healing (I'm hurt!, I need healing!, Healer! etc.) This effect appears as a yellow beam connecting the healer and its target. This spell can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance.
Notes[edit]
- The menders at Salas En originally wore black High Elf style armor and wielded staves, before being updated in Update 43 to wear dyed Divine Prosecution style armor and dual wield axes.
Bugs[edit]
- Following their armor change in Update 43, pieces of their armor may fail to equip when spawned, resulting in them sometimes missing some of their armor, usually their boots.
