Dominion Storm Mage

Dominion Storm Mages are Altmer storm mages enlisted in the Dominion army who are located at Enduum and Salas En.

They will be found near containers containing Lost Tools at Salas En, and will later emerge from the rift in the Portal Chamber when you working with Lady Laurent to close it. They have ambient dialogue and can be overheard talking about their invasion plans and complaining about the weather.

Skills and Abilities

Shock

A basic ranged attack that does minor shock damage.

Thunder Thrall

The enemy teleports to you and summons a bolt of lightning that strikes a large area around itself. This attack does moderate shock damage to all players as indicated by the red circle.

Run Away!

When too close to them, the storm mage backs up to put some distance between their target and themselves.

Notes

• At Ne Salas, they originally wore black High Elf style armor and wielded staves, before being updated in Update 43 to wear dyed Divine Prosecution style armor and wield axes. Following this change, pieces of their armor sometimes failed to equip when they spawned, resulting in Dominion Storm Mages sometimes missing some or all of their armor. This has been since fixed.
