The barrow known as Dragonhome, in the northwestern corner of Karthald Hold, was once inhabited by the Dragon Cult of old. Rumors that a new group of cultists have taken over the area remain largely unsubstantiated.

Dragonhome is a Nordic barrow and delve in Karthald Hold of Western Skyrim, located northwest of Mor Khazgur containing Dragon Cult cultists with their atronachs, and draugr.
One of the instruments needed for An Instrumental Triumph—the Shadow of Rahjin—can be found behind the pillar at the altar overlooking the central rift.
