Northern Watch Site

The Northern Watch Ritual Site is a Harrowstorm ritual site on the northeast coast of Western Skyrim. It is north of Solitude and close to the Highland Giant Camp. Just south of this site is small cave in the cliffs which contains one of the missing musical instruments from the Bards College.
