Raziyya

Raziyya is a Redguard member of Scaled Court who can be found outside the Skyreach Catacombs, on the southern side of the hill, during the related quest, with a group of fellow Redguard Scaled Court Ironskins, Perforators and Viperfangs, which she will continue to summon during her fight as well.

She was previously an acolyte of a cult worhsipping Satakal, but has since, according to Safa al-Satakalaam, deserted the cult and joined the Scaled Court instead.

Skills and Abilities

Raziyya uses some of the voidstalker class abilities:

Quick Strike

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

Veiled Strike

The enemy cloaks, becoming untargetable by most attacks, and prepares to slash the target. This attack does moderate physical damage and will stun the target briefly. This attack can be blocked to set the enemy off balance.

Agony

Raziyya stuns the target for a short time. Taking damage from any source will break the stun, but the target may choose to break free from it instead. After the stun ends, this spell also does moderate magical damage over time to the target. This spell can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance. Blocking will prevent the stun.

Soul Tether

Raziyya jumps and casts a rune on the ground. Any targets caught in the AoE attack will take moderate magic damage and be stunned for 4 seconds and healing the voidstalker for any damage done.

Summon Allies

At 75%, 60% and 40% health, Raziyya summons a Scaled Court Ironskin, a Scaled Court Perforator and a Scaled Court Viperfang to fight for her. They do not disappear upon Raziyya's death.

She can be found talking to the disciples surrounding her:

Bugs

• Following a patch, a bug causes Raziyya's quest dialogue to fail to trigger. ^?
