Shardborn Champion

Shardborn Champions are Dremora from the mysterious Shardborn clan. They are first encountered within the Mythos during the events of Prisoner of Fate.

Prisoner of Fate

When you enter the Mythos to chase after Torvesard who seeks the third Glyphic he needs to find Ithelia, you will find several Dremora calling themselves "Shardborn" in the area, fighting Apocrypha's Daedra and you. Occasionally you may hear some of the say the following:

Shardborn Champion: "Forward, Clan Shardborn! Show them our fury!"

Shardborn Champion: "You can't stop us!"

Skills and Abilities

Quick Strike

A basic melee attack dealing low physical damage.

Ice Shot

A basic ranged attack dealing low frost damage.

Ice Trap

The Icereaver slams their weapon on the ground, creating a long rectangular AoE that deals continuous low frost damage and snares.

Frost Maul

The Icereaver slowly spins around then slams its weapon on its target, dealing moderate frost damage and rooting them in place for three seconds. Blocking this attack puts the Icereaver off-balance and negates the root.

Icequake

The Icereaver plants their weapon into the ground which causes ice to erupt both around their direct position and all around them, indicated by several AoEs, dealing moderate frost damage each.
