Skills and Abilities

As a boss rank enemy, Valkynaz Uldazzan is immune to crowd control. He wields a bow.

Glass Shards

When alone before the main boss fight, multiple Shard Tornadoes wander about in the zone. They move slowly, dealing very fast ticks of moderate magic damage and knocking back players in an area.

Ritual Glass

When alone before the main boss fight, Valkynaz Uldazzan stands in the middle of a zone dealing continuous fast ticks of moderate magic damage and knocking back.

Glass Lightning

When alone before the main boss fight, lightning strikes happen throughout the whole zone, dealing moderate-high magic damage in a small area.

Crystal Arrow

A basic ranged attack that deals moderate-high frost damage.

Arrow Stab

A basic melee attack that does moderate physical damage where the archer grabs their arrow and stabs it into the target rather than firing it.

Ice Spray

The archer draws back their bow as a cone appears in front of them. After 1.5 seconds, they let their bow string loose, firing shards of ice in the designated conal radius dealing moderate frost damage and snaring.

Frost Volley

Valkynaz Uldazzan canalizes a volley of frost arrows in a small area, dealing continuous moderate-high frost damage and snare targets inside. This can be interrupted to stagger Valkynaz Uldazzan.

Frost Bombardement

Valkynaz Uldazzan focuses a target for some time, the target is indicated by a taunt red icon on top of them. Valkynaz Uldazzan crouches and continuously fires frost arrows on the target with a slight delay, dealing moderate-high frost damage and snare in a small area when they land.

Taking Aim

A powerful sniping bow attack that takes time to charge up which deals very high physical damage to a target. This can be interrupted to stagger Valkynaz Uldazzan.

Glass Sky

When the Mirrormoor Champion is close to death, the three Valkynaz will arrive in the shielded area to perform the spell. Large AoE circles will appear around random players and the shards of glass will smash down from the sky, dealing very high magic damage and snaring.

Dialogue

When you are disrupting his ritual before the champion arrives:

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "Fools! I am your end!"

After you disrupt his ritual:

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "So futile. The kyn will destroy you."

When the champion is about to be summoned as the rift opened, he may say the following sets of lines:

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "Champion, we summon you!"

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "Purge this realm of mortal filth!"

During the fight with the champion, he will arrive to defend it:

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "To the Champion!"

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "Flee, you mortal fools!"

After you drive him back:

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "Our victory regenerates!"

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "We aren't done yet."

As the champion is close to death, the three Valkynaz will arrive together to use the Glass Sky attack:

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "Submit or be destroyed!"

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "Together we shall overwhelm you!"

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "We strike as one!"

Upon defeating the Valkynaz and their champion:

Valkynaz Uldazzan: "No!"
