- Daedra Heart
- Frost Mirriam
- Giant's Toe

- Juniper Berries
- Large Antlers
- SaltriceCC (2×,2.14×)
- Silverside Perch
- Skeever Tail (1st effect)

Enchanting[edit]
This is only available from a single item, which cannot be disenchanted:
Notes[edit]
- Most alcoholic drinks will temporarily inhibit stamina regeneration. If too many are taken at once, it will cause a long period of no stamina regeneration, due to the effects stacking with each other.
- Depriving an enemy from regenerating stamina through a poison only guarantees that they won't be able to sprint, bash (with a weapon or shield) or perform power attacks; they can still jog and attack normally.
- The magnitude of damaged stamina regeneration is always 100%. This does not increase with Alchemy skill level, perks, or worn Fortify Alchemy enchanted apparel. What does increase, however, is the duration of the poison: how many seconds it lasts on an enemy.
