Skyrim Mod:Bards College Expansion/Resonating Shout

A Resonating Shout is an alternate, empowered form of a Shout.

Obtaining a Resonating Shout requires using a Resonance Crystal on the dedicated apparatus in Sledrig's Sanctuary, then imbuing it with a Dragon Soul, and finally using the base Shout in front of the apparatus. This releases a hostile Resonant Echo, and upon defeating the echo, the Resonance Crystal with the trapped Shout is to be taken from its remains. While the Resonance Crystal is in the inventory, the Shout is modified: for example, while holding the Unrelenting Echo crystal, the player's Unrelenting Force Shout will instead be Unrelenting Echo.

Unrelenting Echo is needed to open some secret doors, such as those holding the Words of Phantom Form in Sledrig's Sanctuary and Stonesong Grotto. Note that Unrelenting Echo requires using at least two words on the Shout, since it follows it by a reduced version. If using FUS RO DAH, this is followed by FUS RO, then by FUS, allowing to cast three Unrelenting Forces in quick succession.
