Bal Oyra

Bal Oyra is a small settlement clinging to the northwestern tip of the Telvanni-controlled part of the mainland province of Morrowind. At the time of your arrival, the village is festooned with muskflies, and thoroughly tired of their presence. The arrival of the Elfmaid at the end of the rickety wooden dock has also disturbed the peace, with negotiations over its repairs having broken down. The captain, Leile Guiscar, makes reference to their delayed journey to Llothanis, where the quest concerning the ship's fate can be begun.

The Lighthouse

Old, musty and overgrown, this underfunded beacon lets passing ships know the location of the furthest point of the mainland. Gillas Llarethi, the lighthouse operator, seems to have taken up alchemy as a hobby, so make sure to check out his unguarded collection of alchemical loot at the top of the tower.

Getting There and Around

Out at the docks, near the Elfmaid, is Tandryen Reyas, the local shipmaster. He can carry you to Firewatch or Bahrammu for a small sum.
