Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Foedus Locutius in the Old Ebonheart Fighters Guild.
2. Visit Aurelia Draconis in her house in the city.
3. Either:
   • Kill Winne and report back to Foedus.
   • Pay 500 gold to have Winne removed.
   • Speak to Ginur Dolvi outside the smith in Vhul for a bribe of unrefined punavit.
4. Return to Foedus Locutius for your reward.

Notes

• Velk Nectar is usually used by the Indoril to aid in communing with the spirits of their ancestors (i.e., dead loved ones). This may explain why Aurelia, an avid consumer of the black market stuff, frequently mistakes you for relatives in conversation. Indeed, this unbridled consumption may have further consequences...

20		I met with Aurelia Draconis. She mentioned the rats in her back room and unlocked the door for me.
30		The "rat" in her home was actually a hungry velk. I should ask Aurelia about this.
45		Aurelia Draconis told me she kept the velk to avoid paying Ginur Dolvi's high prices. Ginur Dolvi lives in Vhul and is apparently a Velk nectar seller.
50		I paid Aurelia Draconis a significant amount of gold to free the velk in her basement. I should see Foedus for more orders.
60		I visited Ginur Dolvi and he agreed to free the velk (plus give me a tip) in exchange for my silence.
80		I killed the velk in Aurelia Draconis' home. I hope Aurelia Draconis will be pleased.
90		Aurelia Draconis was not pleased that I killed the velk.
100	Finishes quest	I told Foedus that I solved the velk problem and he rewarded me with a rat smashing club.
