Wise counsel is needed

Quick Walkthrough

1. Go to the person to whom you gave the Outcast's Ringlet (either Alvu Sareleth or Simine Turethi).
2. Talk to them about Alandro Sul and summon him.
3. Ask an Ashlander Wise Woman about summon him and listen to the tale of Alandro Sul.
4. Speak to Peakstar about summon him to hear her recommendations of where to look.
5. In any order:
   • Retrieve The Destroyer's Ringlet.
   • Retrieve The Madman's Ringlet.
   • Retrieve The Schemer's Ringlet.
6. Talk to the person to whom you have given the ringlets about Alandro Sul and summon him.
7. Venture into Necrom's Deep Vaults, in the catacombs, and rendezvous with Alvu Sareleth and Simine Turethi.
8. After speaking to both, enter the room behind them.
9. Speak to Verendes Hlervan and either:
   • Decide not to perform the ritual (ends questline).
   • Proceed with the ritual (by picking up the four ringlets), and speak to the summoned entity.

• Any Ashlander with the class Wise Woman Service will give the needed response to the summon him topic. Such individuals include Musa Ashadallit on the mainland, or Nibani Maesa on Vvardenfell.

20		An Ashlander Wise Woman told me the story of Alandro Sul and his chainmail headpiece. Its ringlets housed Sul's spirit, and wearing one allowed past Ashlanders to hear his voice. I need unspent ringlets to summon him, as the ones worn for generations have by now lost their connection to his spirit. She couldn't tell me where to find any that still held power, but that Peakstar might know. I've previously met the ghost of Peakstar in the Cavern of the Incarnate, in the Valley of the Wind on Vvardenfell.
25		Peakstar explained that I will need four of Alandro Sul's ringlets in order to summon his spirit into this world.
30		Peakstar knows the location of one ringlet. She agreed to tell me where to find it.
35		Peakstar suggested I seek the advice of Mephala in finding more ringlets.
40		Perhaps Boethiah can tell me of the location of another ringlet as well.
45		I have found enough ringlets to summon Alandro Sul.
50		Verendes Hlervan asked us to rethink our plan. He warned me that nothing positive can come from learning the truth. Instead of pressing on he suggested we turn around and put the past to rest.
55		I decided to press on despite Verendes's reservations. The truth must come to light.
60	Finishes quest	Four apparitions of Alandro Sul himself appeared before us and addressed me directly.
65	Finishes quest	I agreed to Verendes's notion and have decided not to summon Alandro Sul. Alvu Sareleth and Simine Turethi need to figure out their fate on their own.
Seeking Their Council (TR_NecMQ_2Path)
10		Simine Turethi has asked me to help her summon Alandro Sul, so she can get his version of Nerevar's death, and ask him why spread his account among the Ashlanders. She recommended that I speak to some of the Ashlander Wise Women.
15		Simine Turethi asked me to meet her in the Deep Vaults of Necrom. There we will perform the summoning ceremony.
20		I met up with Simine Turethi in the Deep Vaults. She brought along Alvu Sareleth. Apparently, Alvu has been following our progress in acquiring the ringlets.
25		Alvu Sareleth commended me on my success in collecting four ringlets from Alandro Sul's wraithmail. She is eager to proceed with the summoning ritual
30		Just as Simine, Alvu and I were about to summon Alandro Sul we were stopped by Verendes Hlervan, the Marshal of the Ordinators in Mourning.
35		I performed the ritual to summon Alandro Sul for Simine Turethi.
50		Alvu Sareleth wants me to help her summon Alandro Sul. She blames him for the split between the Ashlanders and the Tribunal, and for the rise of the Dissident Priests, and wants to confront him about it. She recommended that I speak to some of the Ashlander Wise Women.
55		Alvu Sareleth asked me to meet her in the Deep Vaults of Necrom. There we will perform the summoning ceremony.
60		I met up with Alvu Sareleth in the Deep Vaults. She brought along Simine Turethi.
65		Simine Turethi expressed some uncertainty about going through with the ritual and what truths it may uncover, but eventually she agreed to proceed with it.
70		Just as Alvu, Simine and I were about to summon Alandro Sul we were stopped by Verendes Hlervan, the Marshal of the Ordinators in Mourning.
75		I performed the ritual to summon Alandro Sul for Alvu Sareleth.
