Wraithspire

Wraithspire is a partially exposed Dreugh Citadel in the Sea of Ghosts.

The citadel's main tower pokes up above the waterline, just north of Urlis Rock. The entrance to the interior is at the top of this tower, providing an entry to the Phantasmal Atrium.

The Dreugh here have amassed numerous treasures from the air-breathing world above. Notable items include a Dreugh Helm, which can be found in a bowl at the top of the large northeasternmost chamber. In the southwestern chamber, under a Large Ebony Flask, lies the Ring of the Troglomorph, an item that neuters your sight, but which permits excessively swift swimming. A Dreugh Man o'War is present in the northeasternmost chamber, and bears an Ebony Longspear in battle.
