The Attumus Runestone

1. Talk to Runs-Towards-Time about works and Vurila.
2. Meet with Vurila in the Chapel of the Tranquil Sky in Anvil and ask her about Itinerant Priests.
3. Accept her challenge.
4. Travel to Kar Toronr Barrow and enter it.
5. Lead Vurila to the Attumus Runestone, and activate it.
6. Talk to Vurila about runestone.
7. Return to Runs-Towards-Time.

Detailed Walkthrough

Runs-Towards-Time has new works for you. Specifically, the recruitment of a talented healer named Vurila. He believes that she isn't happy in her current position at the Chapel of the Tranquil Sky and sees an opportunity to recruit her back into the order.

The Chapel of the Tranquil Sky is in Anvil's Port Quarter, next to the Shipworks. Vurila is just inside. Speak to her about the Itinerant Priests topic (with 30+ disposition), and ask her to rejoin. She's reluctant, but has a test to prove that, in her words: "your Order can do more than beg for alms."

Vurila challenges you to meet her outside of Kar Toronr Barrow, and the runestone allegedly inside of it. Accept, and she'll promise to meet you there. You now need to travel the barrow. You can cut some of the journey time out by fast traveling to Brina Cross via guild guide or ship. Then follow the Gold Road south and eastwards. You'll find Vurila on the road as it ascends towards the Gosha Inn and the Kvetchi Pass. The stairs behind her lead up to the barrow. Enter it, and she'll follow you through the ruin.

The runestone you're looking for is in a chamber guarded by a Minotaur Barrowguard, with the (broken) runestone appearing before a smoking ashpit. Activate it to receive a journal update, then speak to Vurila about the runestone topic. While disappointed at its fractured state, she exclaims that she has missed the adventure that comes from the traveling life - and this has induced her to join the Itinerant Priests once more. It's time to return to Runs-Towards-Time to let him know the good news. He'll reward you with the Amulet of Unfettered Movement for your efforts.

Notes

• Vurila can later be encountered as an Itinerant Priest in the Spearmouth Inn in Hal Sadek.

50		Vurila is dead.
