Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Runs-Towards-Time about works and persarine.
2. Speak to Auderic Romaud at his apothecary store in Charach about persarine.

5. Retrieve 20x Persarine Blossom from Kingfisher Cave.

Detailed Walkthrough

Ever with his mind on the Hostel's work against diseases, Runs-Towards-Time has grown concerned about the cessation of persarine deliveries from his supplier on Charach. The blossom is useful in restorative potions, but being native to Hammerfell is quite hard to obtain. The Argonian asks that you speak to the supplier, Auderic Romaud, to discover the reason for the hold-up.

Travel to Charach on Stirk Isle. As bracing a swim might be, the fastest route involves fast travel using Saquerilla's boat at the Marina, or by Mages Guild guide. Once there, look for Auderic's store on the northeastern side of town, within the walls. Talk to him about the persarine topic. He's most apologetic and provides you with 200 gold in compensation, as it seems that his store was recently robbed by goblins. Given that the store is enclosed by walls and has the town's guardhouse opposite it, this is quite the impressive feat for the goblins. Auderic believes that they have been tracked to Kingfisher Cave, but notes that the guards haven't been much help - given their lack of action during the robbery right outside their barracks, this cannot be much of a surprise.

If you wish to end the quest here, you can return to Anvil and talk to Runs-Towards-Time. He'll ask for an update. You'll be able to say that you cannot recover the Persarine Blossom, and will have the option of mentioning the 200 gold compensation (and then handing it over), or omitting that detail. Runs-Towards-Time will be disappointed regardless.

Otherwise, you may wish to get the Persarine Blossom back from the goblins. Kingfisher Cave. It's at the northern end of the island, a little east of the large Ayleid ruin named Wormusoel. Once inside, fight your way through the goblins to a room with a Goblin Chieftain at the cavern's far northern end. The left two of the three crates here contains the Persarine Blossoms that you need. There are 20 in all to take.

Blossoms in hand, return to Runs-Towards-Time. Your reward varies depending on how much you bring him, and whether you pass on Auderic's 200 gold refund or not.

Notes

• If for whatever reason you cannot recover the Persarine in Kingfisher Cave (for example, if you already cleared the cave during And Stay Out! and made potions from all your findings), then you're out of luck (at least until future releases of Project Cyrodiil), as Persarine Blossom does not appear elsewhere in a high enough number.
