Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Tisia on the top floor of the Anvil Guild of Mages about Staff of Banishing Light.
2. Speak with Aryadora at the Bazaar of the Abecean about the staff and either:
   • Persuade her that the guild needs it for its mission (requires 80+ disposition).
   • Purchase the Staff of Banishing Light from her.
   • Steal the staff.
3. Bring the staff back to Tisia.

Detailed Walkthrough

Tisia wishes to possess a Dunmer relic named the Staff of Banishing Light. The item is in the possession of the enchanter, Aryadora, and Tisia asks that you get it. Aryadora's store is in the Bazaar of the Abecean in the Garden Quarter. Speak to her about the staff. She'll insist that if the staff is wanted, you'll have to pay for it. You can do that by buying the staff as you would any other good, or else with 80+ disposition, you'll be able to persuade Aryadora that it is needed for the guild's mission. If you're feeling very lucky, you can also steal the staff - it leans against the wall inside the store.

Once the staff is in hand, bring it to Tisia to complete the quest.
