Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak with Gerius Siralus at the Chapel of the West Wind of works and a broken shrine.
2. Travel to the Broken Shrine Grotto and relight the broken shrine.
3. Speak to Lily.
4. Return to Gerius Siralus.

Detailed Walkthrough

Impressed by your recent successes, Gerius has one final task. He wishes you to restore a broken shrine that he once, as a boy, destroyed by accident. The people of Hal Sadek found its parts and treated it as a sign from the Divines. Gerius asks that you light candles on his behalf there before he passes away - believing his own life to be drawing to a close.

Hal Sadek is an inland village most easily reached by fast traveling via boat or guild guide to Anvil, before taking the cart outside of Anvil's gates to Hal Sadek itself. You can then ask around the village about the broken shrine to receive directions to it. Residents will instruct you to follow the road leading east from town until you approach the brick bridge leading over the river. At this point, you are to follow the river south until reaching the waterfall - with the entrance to the grotto that contains the shrine lying behind this cascade.

Follow those directions to reach Broken Shrine Grotto, and enter it. It's a small area with the shrine in the waterlogged part at the end. Activate the shrine, and a woman named Lily will speak behind you. She approves of your pilgrimage and will bless you for it - granting you an ability named Fins of St. Naharine. If asked, she will also speak of Gerius, his guilt and prophesized end, and of your work collecting Divine favors in Drowned Memory.

Your duty done, leave the grotto and return to Gerius. He expresses that a burden has been lifted from his shoulders, and thanks you for your efforts.

Notes

• Given Lily's ability to bless you and her ID in the game files being PC_m1_Naharine, it seems that she may be an avatar of Saint Naharine herself.

The villagers of Hal Sadek now consider the stone sacred and decorate it with candles. Gerius wants me to make a pilgrimage to the broken shrine and to relight its candles on his behalf.
